I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified

in REBT and Mindfulness Therapy.  I utilize a multi-theoretical approach.  I believe that no modality fits all and it's important to get creative in the treatment process.  In addition to traditional therapy, I offer games such as spin the emotion and a unique approach that entails stretching, grounding, core strengthening, resistance training and positive affirmations.

Philosophy: I believe in the power of thought and a good support system.  We are affected by our environment and experiences.  It's important to manage stress effectively as stress is the biggest cause of mental and physical illness.  The way we react to situations can increase stress.  Therapy can provide insight and tools to reduce stress.
